It's not as if I had trouble finding your telephone number; the problem is your telephone message to the public. You state to callers they can reach the general manager, the chef, the banquet room and so on and not someone who can actually book you a tee time. While I do realize booking a tee time online is best your message actually says to telephone you which is what I did and to have no one available I can connect with defeats the purpose.

The group ahead of us had 6 people playing, which was not only holding up at least 4 groups behind them but also means they were not adhering to covid regulations. The staff allowed them to do this because the entitlement of being club members.
Played Saugeen for the first time last friday, loved the course. Friendly staff and lots of product in the pro shop. Met the new GM and it was great to see him interacting with the members, you don't see that at many courses. Will come back for sure!
Played first time with family. Course was very well kept and fairways were green. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back. Good job.
