My garage door wasn't opening and so I called Hank's Garage Door. They sent a technician , and Leo arrived 2 hours later. The response was immediate and professional. They replaced the garage door motor and opener quickly with a good product and provided a discount. I highly recommend this company due to the level of service and professionalism, I encountered working with them..!!
If you are looking for a company that stands behind their work by all means proceed with these guys. I hired Hank's Garage Door to replace the weather-stripping on both of our garage doors. The 2 car door was not completed as the stripping did not touch the ground on either corners. Mark had another technician, Peter, come by and upgraded the weather stripping and aluminum holder at no extra cost to make it work for us. Excellent customer service that went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company due to the level of service and professionalism, I encountered working with them..!!
