It was amazing! I really liked how they take all the precautions against the Covid. I love the props and the maze. The actors did a excellent job! It was fun and scary.

BUYER BEWARE: I paid 10 for 2 photo passes and I received a link of over 4000 photos spanning the entire weekend! After sifting through all of the photos, my group was not in any of the photos. There were some great group photos of random people though. I contacted customer service and got ghosted. Never got the photos or my 10 dollars back.
We took our son for his birthday with some friends and it was the best haunted experience ever! The detail in the characters and the amount of work it took to put this together for all of us to enjoy is to be admired. It was scary and suspenseful. I left nail marks in my husband arm..lol. The employees that work there are professional, kind and made the event enjoyable in every way. This is a must see and you are missing out if you don't go! Very impressed! Great work to you all!
Do not attend this event at the weekend unless you want to experience a 3 hour wait in an enclosed area for a 3-5 minute experience. We booked a time slot and this made no difference. The haunted house was well decorated but not scary and not worth 25, a total money grab! Read the other reviews and spend your hard earned money and time on the better ran events in Vancouver. As you can see from their rude response below, they are not interested in the customer. Just so you know, the staff told us the experience would take between 5-10 minutes so maybe they also have excellent personal trainers too. The group who entered behind us, caught up to us. So we obviously weren't going as quickly as they were. If you are prepared to put on an event to the public you must be willing to take the good and bad reviews into consideration so that you can make the experience good for all your customers. Not berate them for telling the truth.
I loved this haunted house!! My boyfriend and I were genuinely freaked out by many of the actors and they were so theatrical. It’s a great place to visit and they have done an excellent job with COVID protocols as well. It’s not a typical haunted house with people chasing after you and pop ups. The story telling and the way some of the actors interact with you, ask you questions and converse is really spooky. The blood room is one of a kind. Some actors look like statues - they stand so still until you’ve turned your back and they surprise you. The pig actor was amazingly still. We’ve been to a few haunted houses and never seen anything like that. We will definitely come back and highly recommend visiting! Thanks for a great experience :)
Fun experience. The sound effects, visual effects and spooky decor were great! The actors costumes were well done and they did a terrific job of being "scary" and making me jump (a few times)! I appreciate the time and effort it would have taken to transform the Giggle Dam theatre into a Haunted Maze. Well done!! Thank you for having our Patina team.
The experience was good, the actors were ready and really into the character. Although I can't consider this as one of the scariest hunted houses. What really disappointed me was that we booked the blackout which we thought it would more scary and according to the description, the only light source would be out glow sticks. BUT i could see everything, I didn't even need the glow sticks in most parts. I probably won't be coming back to this hunted house next year and I would try another maze
So much fun! The details were incredible and the whole thing was so creative. As soon as we were done we wanted to go through again. I’m going to bring everyone one I know here. You gotta come! Seriously incredible!!!
