We visited Tri City Medical and were extremely pleased and comfortable. Hal was very caring and thorough. We purchased a scooter and it was determined that our cars specifications would not allow us to travel with it. No problem, Hal put my husband into a fold up electric wheel chair which was just as adequate for my husbands needs. The freedom that my husband will now have is priceless. His ability to do simple things like going to the mall or shopping for extended periods of time is paramount to his health and well being. Thank you Hal you and your staff went above and beyond.

Hal and Curtis were awesome! After getting the run around from other retailers trying to get my Mom's brake fixed on her walker, I called Tri City and Curtis was so empathetic, reassuring and helpful. They fit us in that day and fixed it straightaway, after other businesses advised a week. With my Mom already stressed about her walker, they saved the day more than they know.
