I had an excellent experience. All my questions were answered and I got advice that I actually used for my paint job. He helped me pick a white that covered everything I needed in 2 gallons rather than the 4-5 I was being quoted at other places! And also helped me pick about the perfect brush and everything in a good budget range!

Alison was very abrasive and had a poor attitude. There was a communication error and she immediately went on the defensive and blamed us for it. She then began to tell how we need to improve. Thanked her for everything afterwards to which we got no reply. Not a great experience.

Paint from here is excellent. Bought a white primer to go over a really dark colour. I asked the staff there for help and they recommended a paint and roller. When using I noticed that I got much more coverage and it was easier and quicker to paint. So paint, and staff were great. The location itself is very good with ample parking and right off lougheed highway. The store was very nice. I like the shop/industrial feel. Must note it was well sanitized, staff wore PPE and all were contientious about distancing.
