Sent in information in October.. received a notice in February saying I did not sign up. I resent the information again and they still say they have not received it. I don't understand their organization and why people use them. Their customer service is atrocious. I'd recommend all buildings stay away from using this service if they want a good user experience.

After 6 month delay, \meter read issue\ appears on Bill along with 400kWhrs of power Adjustment? ZERO response from QMC. Previously called in October 2019 about HIGH usage but had no Credit applied... METER gave excellent consumption but QMC appear to say LOW to very LOW? since 1000 kiloWattHours was my Meter's Usage and QMC appears to imply or suggest that 400 kWhrs or 40% ERROR in Meter Reading??? totally unclear since ZERO response from QMC. Initially QMC hammers new customers with 30 \account set-up fee\... but now it's a monthly 10 service charge FOR ZERO customer support? How can Power companies simply dial up the Smart Meter without Notification or Billing Statement by 40%??? Or install Meters that are -/40% within Calibration? Problem has been resolved since QMC replaced the meter (but zero Feedback if meter was really defective) but QMC has Reversed All Adjustments to my Bill. (happy to see Progress) I noticed that many Rentals have a heat pump (Great for Cooling / Heating) but switchover is not Flawless... since Sept/ Oct has cooler nights during Summer Mode... in Auto, the Furnace runs the electric heater; fighting the Cooling Coil??? and suddenly in Sept / Oct has big Hydro Bills. QMC is usually 2-3 months behind in its billing... and was un-willing to disclose Time of Use Data to \the customer\. But I suspect there's too much cooling overnight... (flip the breaker OFF on the furnace is my simple solution). I don't need to see the Hydro bill suddenly high especially with time-of-use (TOU) electricity rates, billed at the fixed rate of 12.8 cents per kWh 24 hours a day, seven days a week... Jun 1, 2020 in Ontario. So even though Heating / Cooling is \included\... heating in Sept / Oct, etc... during the \Cooling Mode\ sends the Hydro Bill up, up, up... something that is not mentioned by Claridge Rentals or QMC submetering... since the average customer seems to have no problem leaving the windows open year round. (in my opinion)

We moved out of a building which had QMC in Oct. We wrote them and the building email notice to terminate our account over a month before moving out but we ended up being charged for Nov. They only accept automated payment, so our account was automatically charged. I saw similar reviews here, which tells me something. Unfortunately, we had no option to opt out of their service as our building has a contract with them.
