We've been getting cars here for 4 years. This was the first place that we bought a brand new car and we haven't looked back. The staff are amazing. Everyone is friendly and just one big family. It's such a great feel when you walk in. We are 5 cars in now. Between company cars and cars to chauffeur our little children around, they have ALL been amazing. More importantly though, ADAM, he's the best. We love him. I wouldn't go anywhere else even if they could find me a better deal. He's the best. We love Adam and this place! CHRISTINA NGUYEN. This person needs basic training! I take my car religiously for maintenance at the recommended intervals and do all that’s in the manual. I’ve taken my car to other Nissan dealers for maintenance, and I assumed the records from one location would show in the other. I guess this is not the case. I take my car for the 64k maintenance package and since i took it elsewhere for the 48k, this CHRISTINA NGUYEN starts telling me that I need to do all the things recommended for the 48k. (Which is a big one). I had already done the 48k, instead she ideas the 56k. Why can’t you recommend the package for the ACTUAL MILEGE ON THE CAR. !!!! If the mileage on the car is 64-k then that’s what i want. She was rude, condescending, ignorant and fake. I will never take my car to this place ever again.
