I cannot begin to express my love for this place. No it is not cheap, but he quality presented makes it worth the price. I got an art set for my sister and she absolutely loved it. From the canvas, to the paint set, she was very impressed by everything. I also love how they have art classes and programs for kids. I think I will definitely take my nieces and nephews here for one of their monthly classes offered this year. Love this place!

I called the store a head of time to see if they had what I needed. The girl who answered the phone, Sara(h), was amazing and so knowledgeable. I came into the store happy as ever that I could find the products. The lady I found to ask where exactly to find the items was not helpful at all and was more discouraging saying my idea wouldn't work. Hardly helped me find the items I was looking for and told me they actually didn't even have one of the items I was trying to find. Quite discouraged I decided to go and check the area I believed the item would be in to see if it was there. I saw another staff member stocking the shelves and decided I'd try one more time. It was Sara(h), and she was so happy to see I had actually come in to pick up my items and do my project. She didn't stop looking until she found the item for me. It was amazing. A staff member going above and beyond! You've got a real gem Michaels. Don't screw it up.

I get all my art supply here :) Sarah greeted me and every other visitors so warmly and made sure everyone gets help. Members at the cash desk were super kind as well. Thank you for always uplifting my day
