If you are living on the edge, time is money and want to in and out in 5 min. Dr Loh is right for you. This doctor will give you very little information about your kids' allergy and is very impatient even we are dealing with potential anaphylaxis. Dr Loh does not give a damn about you and your kids. He was even rude to me when I asked a question. Don't waste time on this doctor, get another referral!

Great doctor and staff. Very punctual for our appointment. Explained everything very well. Did and allergy test and told us the results after waiting for like 10 minutes. I had a very questions and he answered them great. Highly recommended.

AMAZING front staff, JJ squeezed me in for which I am so grateful and the young woman (MOA) was so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Loh definitely knew his stuff but personality was flat. I have a medical background myself and wanted further explanation as to every step and why and what he was doing. He just kept repeating simple \your doctor wanted you to have an allergy test\....I know that but what ARE YOU DOING? I actually became so frustrated and close to tears I told him I found him to be quite rude. PLEASE explain EVERY step and why. He was slightly more polite but it was JJ that came to me and explained what the markers were, etc. I was given a Prescription for a stronger antihistamine, a blood work req and was told I was told to expect a call from Dr. Loh today between 7-8 am.....it is now 0830 and no follow up phone call. I called the office, no one answered and no answering machine. I guess I see him in 6 months?????

The front desk receptionist was lovely but I did not have a good experience with Dr. Loh. I felt that he was really rude towards me and impatient, even though he was the one that was late, and did not help me with my allergies in the slightest nor give me any good medical advice. The receptionist convinced me to make a follow-up appointment but I cancelled it over the phone because I did not want to visit Dr. Loh a second time.
