Purchased two brand new Norco bikes and one was not set up properly and needed a brake cable replaced. I took it to my local shop for warranty work on the brand new bike and was treated like dirt. Contacted Norco corporate, Live to Play Sports and received lip service. I'll being paying myself to fix the problem on a new bike. Poor service seems systemic in the Norco organization. I have only owned Norcos; unfortunately after their treatment never again They could have saved a decades old customer from what would be a simple cheap fix.

These guys don't answer their phone! I called and waited to speak to a sales representative for 45 minutes, without success. Phoned the next day and got through straight away.

Great bikes, horrible customer service. Some of their employees need to attend a customer service class, so they learn how to deal with people in a kind and timely manor. I would have given a 1 star if I didn't love my bike.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received!! A piece of my Yakima roof rack broke so they shipped out a replacement part... which I received 16hrs later!! If every company worked like this the world would be a better place! Thank you Live To Play Sports!! you dah bomb
