Hyundai Coquitlam is a Jim Pattison dealership. I have bought three cars now from this dealer. We feel welcomed and supported by both the sales and service department. I don't feel like I was \sold\ anything when I go in there. They are a nice group of people and we enjoy our visits there. Hyundai is a brand that has come a long way since its early days. Overall I really like the product Hyundai delivers. Thanks JP Hyundai Coquitlam. This is a real review by the way.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience, purchasing our first-ever brand new car at Jim Pattison Hyundai Coquitlam. Every staff member that we had the pleasure of working with was knowledgeable and helpful. Wayne was a wonderful salesman to work with, knew the cars very well, really listened to what we were looking for and didn't seem phased when we looked at a more affordable model than the one we first test drove. One thing I definitely appreciated is that Wayne never put any pressure on us or in any way make us feel like we NEEDED to upgrade the model we ultimately decided on (which we ended up doing anyway). In the financial department, there are a LOT of extra bases to cover after the car is chosen, when it comes to extra coverages. While that part of the process is the most stressful part of a vehicle purchase, Maha was clear and informative about our options. Ultimately, we walked away having purchased more coverage than we will hopefully ever need, but with a heck of a lot of peace of mind worth it's weight in gold. Finally, Sean in Insurance was an absolute joy to work with. At the end of the day, we spent more than we planned, but feel good about every decision we made and have confidence that Jim Pattison Hyundai will treat us well. It's worth pointing out, as well, that this is our second purchase from a Jim Pattison dealership and, while both experiences we had were good, this one is the best so far! Thanks, all!

Everyone was absolutely fantastic. No pressure at all. Our salesperson Wayne took so much time to show me every feature in the car and never did I feel rushed. Went to financing where she was fantastic as well. Everyone friendly and never have I felt more comfortable at a car dealership. I will Definatley come back when I look to trade in or recommend family and friends. Wanted to also say excellent customer service from Kevin and the service department. Cant say enough good things about my overall service I have received.
