Major transmission overhaul done flawlessly and quickly by courteous, friendly, and expert mechanics. If you want your motorcycle in good hands - take it here and ask for Pat! Highly recommend the Service Department!

What a fantastic team at this dealership. Casey helped me through the process with passion and professionalism. Mac was great to support financial sides. Maggie was so helpful in delivering the bike and fantastic customer service. The facility is clean tidy and lots of parking. Tricity is wealthy by having these people as Yamaha dealer. GA Checkpoint is absolutely recommended!

GA Checkpoint provided me with a great sales experience when I was shopping for my motorcycle. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure or upselling. Everything went smooth. I recommend GA Checkpoint and would buy from them again without hesitation.

If you are looking for good service, I would look elsewhere. We recently purchased a brand new, very expensive boat from GA checkpoint and it came with a faulty canopy. The canopy is not waterproof at all and everything in our boat gets soaked everyday it rains (which is most days in Vancouver). It took nearly 3 weeks and several emails to get any help from the team for this issue. Once we finally heard back they aren't even offering to replace the canopy but to send our whole back back so they can \look into it.\ The guy even said that he has never seen this happen with a canopy before - so I don't see why they don't just fix the problem and replace it? After spending over 50k on a boat and having a terrible issue the first day in the water, I would expect much better service.

I got very quick service on a couple of recall notices. They were up front about expected timelines for all stages and did better than every one.
