I need to have a company account to order three bolts online. Insanity. I'll order the same thing from Amazon instead - they aren't stuck in the 1970s.
I have an account with this company. They are in the INDUSTRIAL supplies business, NOT retail. I get treated well and they are competitive with pricing, they have access to a huge catalog of products. They just got me hardware I needed from Minneapolis in under 48 hours when no one else had stock in Canada. I see the entitled snowflake princesses are out inflicting pain on anyone who doesn't give them what they demand!
I went to this location looking for several bolts. After waiting a while I was asked if I needed help, his first question was whether I had an account, or if I was with a company. I was shopping for myself, but did provide a company name that he could check for an account. He was very unpleasant to deal with, condescending, and treated me like my inquiry was beneath him. He measured the bolt, and without saying anything he disappeared to his computer. I stood around waiting for him for some time. Eventually another, more pleasant, employee offered to help me. He asked the initial employee what he had found, and he said he hadn't even bothered looking. Terrible customer service.
I went to this location to see if they might have some hardware that i was missing for an antique crib and only needed about 12 pieces and first wasnt told about their policy of not selling individual pieces so we proceeded to look for them and i was telling the story about how this crib was mine and my two sisters and how special it was and the girl working was disinterested and super rude even after we found what i needed they told me i needed to buy the whole box of 100 and was expensive, i heard no phones ringing and no customers coming in and just find their behaviour and policy inappropriate, this day and age with the economy and competition i personally wont be going there again and will be advising my coworkers and friends not to give these clowns your business!
