The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! Overall the experience was good. One gripe however. I had the pleasure of being helped by Andra. Very sweet, genuine, and knowledgeable. She removed a dozen moles from my face with little to no pain. I insisted on keeping two specific moles that I pointed out. However, Andra removed one of those moles. After realizing it, I was devastated! I didn't want to make her feel bad, so I told her it was okay although it was not. I thought, if one was gone then the other might as well go. So I requested she remove the second. Andra insisted she'd remove that second mole free of charge however when I went to the front to pay, I payed full price for all 11 moles that were removed. Not only were the two moles I wanted to keep get removed, I had to pay for them too! I'm not the one to start a scene nor try to embarrass anyone so I paid the total and went on my way a little disappointed and kind of heartbroken. Andra made a mistake (we all do), unfortunately I had to pay.

My first time there was amazing. I got a mini lip and love the results! The environment was so calm and the receptionist and doctors are all so kind. The numbing cream made it so the fillers were virtually painless! I will definitely be back!

I am absolutely blown away at how I was treated by the amazing staff at EverYoung and their willingness to fix an unfortunate situation. They have made a client of me for life. Thank you, Dr. Zhang, and your wonderful front desk staff members, for making me feel SO welcome and important as a client. The before and after attached may not show the extent of the difference, but sitting in my truck now, I almost feel like I could cry. The difference is astonishing. For the first time since I was quite young, I feel like I have filled the trough between my brows and beneath my eyes. Today’s treatment is life-changing! Thank you, thank you. See you again, but not too soon thanks to this year-long treatment!
