A wonderful company to deal with! Arrived the following day after contacting them about a broken heating element. Two technicians came, they were cordial, efficient, and overall wonderful. SEVEN MONTHS WAITING FOR SERVICE. It's now March. So far I've been waiting seven months for them to fix my dishwasher. Seven months of washing my entire family's dishes by hand. They say they're still waiting on a part, which is just a tiny latch for the door of my nearly new 1400 dishwasher. They already charged me 105 just for looking at it, with no date in sight for when they'll actually do their job. All they have to say is: "Unfortunately we are still waiting for the part to arrive from the manufacturer. Current ETA is the beginning of February. I'm terribly sorry for the invoncveineve. This is out of our control as we await the part to be produced and sent to us. We can refer you to our sales department who would be able to assist you in finding a new appliance if you would like. Please let us know how you wish to proceed. Have a great day, Tom" Next email: "I'd strongly recommend against cancelling, as that will most likely cause you further delays. I definitely understand your frustration. Unfortunately the pandemic has caused massive manufacturing delays for this brand. Thanks, Tom" While it may seem unfair to give them one star for a supposed manufacturers issue, consider that they've offered absolutely nothing, no alternatives, other than replacing the whole unit. They could have pulled the part from another dishwasher, checked with other parts distributors across the country, SOMETHING. Instead they've shrugged, blamed the pandemic, and not cared at all. All I get is, "I'm terribly sorry for the invoncveineve."
We use this company for our property management vendors and they been great from day 1. They fix all home appliances and brands and any type of appliance. So thank you to your dedicated, great work Electra fix appliance repair!!!!
My dryer gave a lot of trouble lately and i called to 7 different places and i swear people just don't want to work. Finally i reached Electra fix to be answered by Tom who made things way to easy for me. got a repair man scheduled for the same day price was fair service was great from start to finish. Thank you guys for all the help i appreciate it very much.
I highly recommend this service! I was having issues with my fridge, and after a quick call to ElectraFix, they booked in Eddie to come in the same day to take care of the problem. Eddie was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue with the fridge and now it is working like new! I will definitely call again if I have any issues with my appliances! Thank you!

Called earlier in the week, scheduled a technician for a fridge repair. He came to my place and explained everything he was doing and what the cause of my fridge not cooling could be. I received a quote for the repair which made sense financially (even if the fridge is a tad older) and accepted the repair. From talking to Tom over the phone to having the tech diagnose and repair the fridge, everything was done quickly and professionally. Had my fridge repair completed today and it's as good as new.
I called them and set up an appointment to look at my dishwasher and they booked me in for the next day. They were very upfront about all their pricing. Brad came to my house and was extremely friendly and professional. He wore a mask and respected the personal distancing that is recommended right now. He provided me with a quotation to replace a part on my dishwasher. The price was quite high but they were upfront and honest about all the costs so you can't ask for much more from a company. They said what the price was and they didn't try to sneak in any extras. Brad returned to install the part and unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue and it ended up not being worth it for me to try to repair the thing. I still give this company 5 stars though for their professionalism, upfront pricing, and very friendly staff.
