We met Forrest and John for a drink and introduction in early September. They are both very knowledgeable, friendly and professional right from the get-go. They took the time to explain the entire process for us as first time homebuyers in great detail. They set us up on their website platform to go through and see listings in the area we wanted, flag the ones we liked and disliked and arrange viewings using that information. They also set us up on a group chat and have always been very responsive. We ended up making an offer and it being accepted on our first time out within a few weeks of being set up. Forrest met us for the viewings as well as the inspection and gave honest opinions on each place and throughout the process which I appreciated. I’d highly recommend hiring them. We’ll use them again if/when we decide to move on from our new place.
