Have used Swartz Appliances for a number of years. Have been extremely happy from arranging my appointments, to the prompt arrival of the repair staff and many repairs to different appliances. Wouldn’t consider calling any one else.

My landlord ordered from them and paid because she was told their would be 5 coming in. They were susposed to call me to set up a time to deliver, no call. So I contacted them but then they told me that their is no washing machine because their shipment didn't come. The landlord then contacted them and they told him next week should be in. We both then get a phone call and they proceeded to say that their not coming because warehouse is closed all of a sudden which I looked it up and all warehouses are open. Then they proceed to want to come try and fix my old washing machine temporary after the fact I emptied in buckets and put outside for new washer because I guess their not aloud inside due to pandemic but all of a sudden they can. Doesn't make any sense and nothing but excuses and lies like they took money and ran
I made my first purchase of an appliance from Doug Swartz while serving as a pastor in the Port Colborne area. Since then I have bought more appliances and as recently as July 16/19 my wife and bought and had installed a new high quality airconditioner WHY? Because, prompt caring service . and friendly competence is what you get from Doug Swartz and his people. Reliability competence and honesty is what you can expect.
