CrossFit Muskoka is an amazing gym. The coaches are great, offers great equipment and really strong programming. Highly recommend going in for a drop in! You won't regret it!

The best gym I have EVER been to! DK and Kathryn are amazing coaches. They are both Level 3 Crossfit Coaches which means they are incredibly knowledgable about fitness, technique, nutrition and a whole lot more! They make everyone feel welcome and will meet you at your fitness level while always challenging and growing you to be a better/fitter version of yourself. Regarding the space itself, it is BEAUTIFUL and VERY clean. Kathryn and DK have gone above and beyond to ensure the gym is immaculate. They also have top of the line equipment (barbells, rigs, wall balls, etc.) On the whole, words can't describe how great this place is. It's a Muskoka treasure that you just have to check out for yourself! :)
This space is exactly what Muskoka needed. CrossFit Muskoka is more than just a gym, it is a community. Both Kathryn and DK are extremely experienced coaches always willing to accomodate any athlete to ensure they are working in a safe and effective way, all while being your biggest supporter.
