Purchased a 2020 Merc 225 just this last summer. I could not ask for better service and professionalism. They went above and beyond my expectations. I heard great things from others in the boating community prior to deciding to purchase my engine through them and they did not disappoint! I had my boat and new engine back even before they said it would be done. Very clean installation and even cleaned up a few other wiring issues at no charge. I would highly recommend!!

Recently upgraded my 21’ fishing boat with motors and electronics from APM. I couldn’t be happier with the service, pricing and overall terrific experience at this business. Not 'one of the best', but THE BEST EVER company in Canada and US that I have been dealing with. From the very first contact with them I was impressed by their knowledge, fast response and dedication to the customer. The great pricing and fast shipments were only "icing on the cake". Highly recommended to anyone in boating community. Even if you are not physically close to them, give them a call and let them help you with your needs. You will not regret. As for myself, they just got a "client for life" !
Bought a boat there last year and the experience was amazing, service above and beyond in sales and service/parts departments. It's a bit of a drive for me but I will keep going back for services and any other boating needs.
Big shout out to Brad and all the staff at Alberni Power and Marine. I brought them a tank and they turned into a Cadillac without costing an arm and a leg. Very knowledgeable staff in every department from the mechanics right through to next door in Alberni Industrial Marine Supply. They replaced my old opti with a 250 4 stroke and 9.9 kicker with all new controls everything works thks again ladys and gents for your patience and expertise. Would definitely recommend Alberni Power and Marine for any and all of your marine needs

I had an emergency years ago in Tofino. To my surprise Stephan dropped everything to help me in my emergency. As the fishing and rules changed and I started to rely more on Port Alberni for my salmon, I rediscovered Stephan and Rod's Power. One comment: Each Staff member that I have engaged with has personally reached out to help. Always trying to do their best, the mechanics often point out the little things that make my boating safer and more enjoyable.
