Not happy with the service. I felt it was done in a rushed manner (as if they want to leave early). Some of the inlets were bent/damaged as they were supposed to be opened instead of inserting the tubes as is. Most importantly made a big mess outdoors onto my neighbors lawn (which upset them obviously) while cleaning the Dryer duct.

Last winter, I had a water in my basement, and there was also moisture. After doing some researches and quotes from different companies, I choose Royal Nettoyage to clean my whole basement from AZ. Frank, the project manager was there with me the whole time, giving me advice. After 3 days consecutive of 8 hours each day, everything was cleaning, I didn't really need to throw things myself. and at the end they put commercial fan to circulate the house during 4 days to make sure it was DRY. Well done and they also guarantee their job with a life time warranty.
