Good source of spare parts for computers. Good advice, and available to order if not in stock. Knowledgeable when debugging hardware issues. A little on the pricey side, but then again you have the part when you need it and don't have to wait for delivery.

Went in because I had an ASUS Motherboard issues. Morty was super polite as well as his Staff members. They told me Diagnostics would take around 2-3 days. Got a call the very next day for pick up. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong, what they did etc. For people who were complaining about the prices and such, they have on both their website and in person how much changing parts are. I feel it was as if people didn't take the time to ask "How much is it to change X part." Many of the negative comments can be avoided by just asking a simple question. Guys, thank you very much. I know it's a difficult time for everyone, but you really took the time and effort for excellent service.
Sold me a part that doesn't fit my CPU and wouldn't refund my money even though the staff said it would fit. Also brought my computer in for repairs and didn't actually fix it. Very disappointed. Will not shop here again. -edited response If the owners response to my recent visit isn't enough to show you why you shouldn't spend your money here there's plenty more down the line for you to read. Check out Canada Computers or order your parts from Newegg.ca they're great companies.
This store charged only 90 for a diagnosis and totally 325 tax only for changing a hard-drive of a laptop!! Crazy!!! Each staff gives different price in this store. I got another place, reliable and much more reasonable.
Take your money elsewhere. Horrible Service, Horrible Prices, and Horribly Misinformed about how to run a business. You'll regret you ever stepped into the shop. Morty is very disconnected from reality. The only good thing about Microbytes is that there will always be good parking since there is no one ever there.
Just watch out to buy from here because they're not the same anymore they don't accept any return as the guy told me when i brought back one of the part which i found 30 cheaper in amazon. Was only 5 minutes after o bought. I always buy here with so much confidence because i knew if i change my mind i will bring it back or exchange but they don't even exchange. Its final sale with more expensive than everywhere. Just think before and many stores of them is closing right now. Its only them and downtown as one employee told me from them.
Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable. I bought my kids MSI gaming laptops from these guys.
