The team was excellent !The move was done quickly and efficiently. Done by 2 pm and saved me a tun of stress and lifting. Short Notice movers handled my belongings carefully during the move and transportation to and into the new location. They were Very Helpful and I appreciate the job well done ! Thank you

The worst movers ever.... As I call, I specifically asked if there is any type of extra fees that I should be aware of, and there answer was NO MAM WE DON'T HAVE ANY HIDEN FEES LIKE OTHER COMPANIES. On the day of the moving, two guys came with no equipments at all! They carried everything on hands towards the van. As they were done they asked my husband for extra 100 and we ask why? They say it is for the haevy things we carried!!!.... I told them why those things wasn't disclose to me as I made the deal? They say we don't know call the boss...I called & explain my complain, the man whom I spoke to was very very rude and he told his men to unload everything in the rain!! and take the 300 & just leave... I told him if they do I will call the cops on you thives... He said do whatever you want, the cops will not help YOU FOOL!!!!! I was very angry, I left my husband to deal with them, he finally agreed to pay them on having extra 50. Very rude and unprofessional
THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. THEY TOLD ME 195 FOR THE FIRST 2 HOURS AND THEN WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY TOLD ME THE START TIME WAS 1030 BUT AFTER I GAVE THEM MY 200 deposit THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE 170 MORE. APPARENTLY I AM CHARGED FOR THE TRAVEL TIME THAT IT TOOK THEM TO GET TO MY PICKUP ADRESS. I WOULDVE TOLD THEM TO JUST FORGET IT BUT THEY ALREADY TOOK MY 200 DEPOSIT. THEY CHARGED ME FOR 4 HOURS WHEN IT TOOK UNDER 2 FROM POINT A TO B. ALSO THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DROP OFF A SHELF AT AN ADRESS ON THE WAY TO THE FINAL DESTINATION AND THEY OF COURSE DROPPED OFF THE WRONG SHELF. NOT TO MENTION THE MOVER WAS SCRATCHING HIS BALLS WHILE GIVING ME THE QUOTE. I AM LITERALLY IN SHOCK OVER THE MOVE THAT JUST TRANSPIRED. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE PTSD FROM THE STUPIDITY AND LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM THAT I JUST EXPERIENCED. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. YOURE BETTER OFF HIRING A GROUP OF HOMELESS PEOPLE TO WHEEL YOUR BELONGINGS AROUND IN SHOPPING CARTS FOR YOU. PRAY FOR MY RECOVERY
