BEWARE! My unit had significant water damage and basically everything I own is now ruined. I have been waiting 2 weeks to hear from a District Manager for a resolution and was told it would be by this past Friday at the latest. Absolutely no urgency! 2 weeks wait time is unacceptable and still wasn't met. When I sent photos of water in the unit I received this response \So you have moved out.. Went and checked the unit but there is still lock on unit so I can’t look. By the looks of it was moisture.\ All my artwork, every book I own, my college diploma and all awards, my furniture, etc. All destroyed by water. Snowboard is completely rusted, dressers are peeling and separating, clothing all stained yellow and smells like trash. Do not buy their insurance or even rent a unit here. It will cost you more in the end.

When we decided firmly that we were seeking a home in Lambton Country, we found we needed storage for the things we wanted to keep. Because my husband and I had the benefit of being raised in Point Edward, we sought to find storage there, and found it in Store-N-Save - Sarnia Point Edward. Right from the very beginning, the staff worked hard to make an overwhelming (for us) situation very doable. They were relaxed, gave us ideas of what size we would need (they were exactly correct on that, of course), and eager to alleviate as many of the moving stressors as they could. I have recommended this storage facility many times to people who have too much stuff to hold in their homes. I have shared my very positive experience with them, and urged them to at least give the Point Edward facility a call. Believe me, if I am ever in a situation to need storage again, I will look no further than Store-N-Save - Sarnia Point Edward! Thanks for a job well done!
