I have received a gift card, I was very excited. But the experience is very mediocre. First order: the instructions how to prepare the meals are not included, supposively as en eco-freindly mesure. You have to go on the web site. On the web site, the instructions are very short and could have been easily printed on the package rather then a eco-friendly notice. The meal quality is very average. The flavours, the visual aspect, the quality. Second order: I discovered that the remaining amount of the gift gard is lost if you don't order for the exact amount. Quite a gymnastic to select the items to score the exact amount left on the gift card! Then surprise, one item was missing in the delivery! I asked to have it fixed. The answer is that it is not possible to deliver only one item. I got a credit back... But then It forces me to buy more items in order to be delivered. Really not a good experience. I do not recommand this service at all.
