I went in for an appointment - initially I liked it but the longer I sat with it I realized it wasn't quite what I was looking for. I emailed and they were able to fit me in the next day - which was amazing! They didn't charge me at all for the fix and gave me some free samples. All staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and didn't make me feel bad for coming back in to have things adjusted. I couldn't be happier. A big thanks to everyone and Marleigh especially!

CARLY IS THE BOMB! She has been doing my hair for years and I swear to god she’s the best! Firstly, she makes you feel so welcomed to the salon and she listens to what you want and always looks out for the best interest for your hair ! She lets you know all the products to use to keep your hair healthy and shinny ! She offers me beverages and gives me the best conversations ! She is such a sweetheart ! Every single time I get my hair done it feels like Christmas as I am soooo happy with the results’ this girl is a pro ! She is so understanding and respectful ! Zennkai is a very lucky salon and I will always stick with Carly ! ️
Yeah. That Carly K? You can trust her with your hair. That girl is like the female version of Edward Scissorhands. I won't go anywhere else.
Literally for the first time in my entire life, I've found a stylist that actually knows what to do with my curly hair. Carly is a god-send! I'm so happy to have found her. Usually stylists just say they know how to cut curly hair and then I go home and sulk for a few days after trying to cope with my bad cut, but not with Carly. She is incredible and SO GOOD at what she does! I even took my 1-year old to her for her very first haircut and Carly was incredibly patient with her. 5 Stars!
I was told I had 30 days to exchange a conditioner that I was convinced by the girl working I should get. It had been 3 weeks as I don’t wash my hair everyday and wanted to try it a few times. Not happy with it at all and they would not exchange - as the policy is 2 weeks. If I had known it was 2 weeks I would have brought it back before then. Poor customer service.
