Excellent customer service. The blonde representative (I think her name was Jess) was extremely helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to inform me on different phone and plan options, helped me choose the right one, and gave me all the necessary details of the new phone I was receiving. Any business should consider themselves lucky to have an employee like her. Left the store with a wicked phone, reasonable plan, and customer service that will for sure make me come back to that location whenever I need a new phone.

Thank you ladies for the service today. We still want info on the earbuds and rebate for gift but the ladies were so helpful and even applied a coupon better than the previous location.
