After reading up on the history of what Dr.Bee has done in his dedication and hardwork of decades of scientific and natural studies to produce this #1 Canadian award winning honey on thier website, I jumped in my car and headed down to this bee farm as I had to try it myself I am I so highly impressed with the new found knowledge I've learned today on the details of how thier honey is produced. The salesman was very informative , helpful, pleasant and very thankful. I've learned about how they do practice ethical ways to help preserve the environment and how thier bees are cared for. The honey is packaged in glass jars and not plastic. The trip down from Vancouver was worth the 50 min drive down the prices are so unbelievably cost effective and just has comparable health benefits as Manuka honey which is at a higher cost. I purchased 2 jars of Ice Honey that is cultivated in Alberta in a specific area where they grow wildflowers. Anyway so here is my review in each type of honey I purchased. 1. ICE HONEY unpasteurized from wildflowers- reminds me of caramel and melts like butter off your spoon. 2.PURE HONEY unpasteurized from Clover Blossoms-rich honey robust flavor 3.PURE HONEY unpasteurized from Blueberries- A rich texture with a mild sweet candy taste 4.PURE HONEY unpasteurized from Wildflowers- so delicious u can taste the unique taste of wildflowers blossoms and its rich and smooth in texture. Dr. BEE is definitely quality honey you won't be disappointed.. and there is a major difference in taste and texture compared to the organic honey I would usually purchase from Costco or any other honey I've tried before from Ontario or Quebec...Dr. Bee's honey is definitely the true golden one!

I'm not particularly crazy about the honey, but their blueberries are incredibly good. The taste is INTENSE. The best I've ever had. Some are huge too. Unusual for organic produce. Every year I buy them as much as possible until the season is over.

Walked into an empty shop. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out and greet me.
