Very clean store associates helpful. The prices are a little high but have a strong selection to choose from. They have good flyer items.

This was my favorite grocery store, however service has declined the past few months. Some of the very experienced cashiers do not seem to be there. Too many self serve terminals

If the Metro in Picton are not doing returns, they should put a sign on the door stressing that. I bought a jar of decaf instant coffee by mistake and took it back. There was nothing wrong with it nor was it opened. It could have been wiped down and put back on the shelf for the next five people to touch it before someone bought it as some groceries do. When I asked what I'm supposed to do with if I can't use it, I was told \ That's not our problem\. No it is not Metro's problem. It is my problem. I lost 7.99 but with other grocery stores in the area and a new one going up, it will be a very, very long time before I set foot in any Metro and we have been shopping there for years. Sorry, but to me it is the principle of the issue.
