Favorite massage and spa in Pickering! Been going here for years. Massage - Dan is exceptional! He makes all my knots and stresses melt away. He adjusts pressure to suit my personal tolerance and his massage style is perfect for my liking. Facial - Carolyn is amazing! Her product knowledge is like no other. She can explain the benefits of all the products used during treatment. The products themselves are very high quality. They smell and feel great! Results are beautiful.

I had the Oxygen facial with Iris after a hectic day. She was amazing!!!! We spoke she brought me down to a place of peace and then we started my facial. Best spa experience ever.
Today was my first time at the facial place. I had an amazing experience, Iris what an amazing and professional Beautician and please try the Oxygeneo my skin felt fabulous, and look amzing. Can't wait to have it done again.
Just moved to Newcastle, but I used to go the The Facial Place in Pickering and thoroughly enjoyed my facials at the Pickering location. I used to go to Eva, and was so sorry to hear that she had left. To this day, I have never had a facial that even came close to Eva’s. She was that unbelievable!!! Still, the Pickering location is the best!!! I have learned what makes their facials the best. It is their products as well as taking that extra special care. When you are laying there for a while when the steamer is on or the collagen mask, at most other spas, they leave the room. Not at the Facial Place!! They give you a hand and arm massage while relaxing during one or the other times when you have to lay there for extended amount of time. You literally come out of there feeling so relaxed as well as having glowing skin!!! Even though I live in Newcastle now, I will definitely be coming back to Pickering for my facials!!!
This place is AMAZING. Initially I was concerned about the quality given the price but this place blew me away. The service was excellent, very clean facility, and super accessible location! I had microdermabrasion done with Susana today, and she is the real deal- so knowledgeable, friendly, personable and made me feel completely comforted about my skin concerns. I would recommend her to anyone, I’ll definitely be back specifically to see her, she’s a true professional. Thank you!!
