Infiniti Scarborough

Booked a service call for next day. Mechanic phoned in the morning & upon arrival. Super friendly and professional guy; with a mask on :) Rates were exactly as quoted. No surprises. Repairs & tune-up were completed in a timely manner. We'll definitely be using ELTC from now on!

Came late to a job. Then when they fixed the lift the cost was almost double what they said it would be. Not to mention it wasn't too much later that the same issue happened again. Wouldn't use them again.
