Great shop and customer service. Bought a toro snowblower and they took the time to assemble it, add oil and some gas, offer tips and show me how to use it all while following pandemic protocols. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I bought a snowblower from a big box store and took it home assembled by someone there. It never worked, and the store did not want to do much for me. I got in touch with Stephens Small Engines, and the owner was honest, fair, and fixed my snowblower for a great price. I should have just bought my snowblower from them (they do sales as well), I know they will support their products. Great service from Stephens.

Great knowledgeable honest business. My Frontier Snow blower purchased at Lowes a couple of years ago stopped throwing snow and started to squeal. The 800 number on the snow blower for service does not work anymore. Looked online no place to order parts for that company. I thought I needed a new V Belt and came to Stephens, as that is where Lowes directed me to. I assume it was the owner I spoke with, he did not have that belt but told me that I did not need a new belt as there was nothing wrong with the one I had. I thought it had stretched. He then proceeded to show me on another machine how to adjust the tension, something he did not have to waste his time with but he did. This old school \do what's right\ attitude has earned a new client for any of my future mower, snow blower or small engine tune ups or repairs. And will do so with confidence.
