I had a leaking shower and reached out to Plumbers Supply. Laura and her team provided excellent support (via email as the store is closed for in person shopping). They helped me diagnose the problem, and were able to identify the unique part I needed. They even carried it in stock. Thank you so much for your help, Plumbers Supply will be my go to store moving forward!

I decided to support local rather than a trip to Home Depot for plumbing supplies during COVID to fix 2 toilets. All the staff including Laura and Victor were extremely helpful not only in getting me some specialty parts, but their plumbing knowledge was extremely helpful in assisting me with the repairs. Definitely recommend those in Durham (and beyond) support this business!

Needed a very low value item. Staff members due to curb side restrictions have email address to send pictures to. Tried to source what I needed but couldn’t. Took details of further items and spent time trying to find another solution to make what I needed work. For something so low value I’ve noticed many stores would usually just say no due to time implications. Very professional, friendly and responsive business. Customer service on point.
