Bought a used ML350, i wanted to check out the car inside-out and get the safety. Called in to book an appointment, they were very professional on the phone. Arrived to my appointment, they took notes and worked on the car on time. I had many questions and i wanted to look into the car from underneath by myself. They were very accommodating. Thanks to mechanic Jai and Saif, very pleasant to deal with. Updated: After months and months, i still go there and bringing my 228 to them soon too once its off warranty. Saif the owners is very honest and responsive. Thanks guys
New to the area so went to try this shop out. Got a quote and it was ridiculous. I'm an old lady my husband used to deal with the cars but they definitely tried to take advantage of me. Guess I have to try somewhere else.
I Went to this shop because it has good reviews but when I went in I was treated very disrespectful. Was greeted poorly and was talked to like I was stupid because I asked questions. Maybe because I am Asian I was not wanted in their shop so I left.
Have a high end car and it's always difficult finding a garage willing and able to work on it. Popped in yesterday so they could have a look at a rear axle seal. After talking to the folks I left impressed with their knowledge, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Came back to get the work done today and left extremely impressed. There was no rush they took their time and checked and rechecked the work. They used the highest quality parts and took pride in every step of the job. They were also polite and courteous to everyone who came in the door. This may be the best kept secret in the G.T.A. for Porsche, Jaguar, Audi and B.M.W. owners. If you're tired of dealing with apathetic dealers or indies who have lost the plot take the short drive to Pickering.
