I discovered this establishment by simply googling massage near me. I was pregnant at the time when I went in for my first visit. I had sciatica nerve pain towards the 2nd trimester of my pregnancy and I was very pleased with getting a massage from Alicia. I've also received acupuncture treatment from Alicia. I have gotten treatment from Vivian as well and she's also very good. I'm so happy I found this place. They have really helped me out and I will continue to keep going back. The front staff is super nice and pleasant.

Our family has been going to Pain Solutions for some time now and they are absolutely amazing!!! Alicia and Vivian are amazing. I recommend this place 100%. The service is great, extremely clean, just an all around very good place!!!! Every time I go there I say this has been the best massage/acupuncture ever....they have a great team!!!

I only have amazing things to say about this place. The first is that this is quite literally the only place I’ve ever been able to book same day appointments at. No waiting until tomorrow, or some time next week.. I’ve gotten two deep tissue massages, and one acupuncture session, all of which were among the best pain relief experiences I’ve ever had Lastly, I barely even had to tell them anything more than “neck pain”. Their experience really shows, as they’re able to uncover pain points I didn’t even know existed, and they’ve really helped my neck pain subside. Pain solutions is my go-to in Pickering, and I’d recommend it to anyone who needs some serious pain relief.

I am not one to post reviews usually but I just had to about this place. I discovered Pain Solutions during COVID19 because my regular physio therapist is downtown Toronto so I thought I would give them a try. I am very happy that I did. First of all this place is very clean. They play soothing sounds to relax you. I have been experiencing back and shoulder pain for many many months and they were able to work on my pain spots and I feel so much better with only a few sessions. I have never tried acupuncture before and was a bit hesitant but I am amazed at the results and only after 2 sessions. The pain in my arm that was always constant is practically gone. Alisha really gets deep into your pain spots and works them out. She has magic hands is all I can say. I will be going back regularly.
