Good place to buy raw food for your pet. We had a hard time finding good quality raw food that wasn't too expensive. Glad we came across Heronview Raw and Natural. Our dog loves the food! Prices are reasonable and delivery is timely and efficient. Great customer service as well, it is always a pleasure ordering from Lori.

I had an issue today with pick up taking too long. I hesitated to bug anyone because of how busy they were but I finally had to bring it to Ryan's attention. He was very quick to help and Lori came outside to talk about the situation. A problem arose, which they will ocassionally in any company, and they quickly addressed it. Excellent customer service is what separates the great from the bad and this is an example of why Heronview is a great company.
I recently started going here because of glowing recommendations from friends; and I have to say that the recommendations don't do this place justice. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable, the staff at Heronview are also very welcoming of new customers. I have recommended Heronview to all my friends and family that own dogs. The staff has answered all my questions, in regards to feeding and introducing new products to my dog. I can not thank the team at Heronview enough for their professionalism and caring nature towards me and my dog.
Lori is crazy knowledgeable and our dogs have gone from constantly sick and at the vets (on kibble) to healthy and thriving!! Awesome variety and great prices! Customer for life!
