The work done by Don Cote on my 45 year old Steinway M included voicing and tuning that has given the piano a luscious, mellow sound. In addition to regulating the instrument, he made a slight adjustment to the action making the piano a lot more fun to play. The overall transformation has made me eager to spend more time enjoying my new/old piano.
