Had JD tractor for clutch replace. Got a quote, when time came due to fix, was much more expensive, add another 1,000.00. Months after receiving tractor back, everything on it (all cadges) did not work. All wires had been broken when pulled apart. Also one of the post on our batteries had been broken, ended up buying another, (our cost). About 4 months later, they send a bill to repair what they broke??? Which we were told it was an error and to ignore. And now to the buggiest surprise (a year later) they are sending me another bill almost for the full amount. NOT good. I am sure we will end up in court if this persist. Not sure what the problem is in their departments but We did not have any luck. They are lucky I rated 1 star. Sorry McLaren but this was no fun for us to go through all this and hope your work area improves. By the way....just for your information, the cadges still do not work! :(
