The lizard and fish area has one person there in particular,that is there most of the timeas hes the head of the department. He can you a wealth of information. He's there most of the time.the other staff are very nice to work with as well.What a well run area!

I cannot speak highly enough about that staff at the Petshotel. My anxious German shepherd is a better dog because they care so much about making his stay there enjoyable. Dedicated, thoughtful, caring people. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough.
I will never board my dog and cat anywhere else. I always have a great experience here. The staff are also super friendly and eager to please
Used for 3 days for my baby and people are wonderful. No complaints
