Great service from the employees. Because of my disability, shopping is difficult. They were able to help me find what I needed, and brought it to the front so that I could choose, thus diminishing the need for extra contact during this time of pandemic. They were able to suggest some additional tricks that I may use to help my cat be more healthy. The staff is very informed, and helpful. I recommend it to anyone with pets

I shop here often for my fish and I go in when I babysit mt Girlfriends dog also because she loves this store and just leads me there when we go for walks. She even try's going there at times like 2:0 am when she has to go out for a pee and I have to explain to a disappointed dog that it is closed at that time. It is a great store with great staff and always very organized and clean. The groomers are awesome too.
Great staff!! I come here to get my dogs groomed and I have a dog who can be difficult as he doesn't trust most people and is very vocal about bathing and getting his nails done. The staff here are so wonderful they do nothing but encourage my dog making sure that he knows he isn't going to be harmed! They've never said anything negative about how difficult he can be some days and I am so thankful that they are here making it the most positive environment for my dog who I know is full of fear.
The store has historically been wonderful, great staff and quality. However they have added a Wall Of Suffering recently and have poorly cared for Betta Fish in non-aerated, non temperature controlled, and exposed mini cups. How do I know they are poorly cared for? Six were floating on their sides/upside down - in obvious distress. Three were dead, one was partially decayed. Disgusting and unacceptable from a company that claims to care for animals. Charity and kind words don’t reduce the suffering and abuse of these animals. Shame on this corporation. Won’t be returning.
