We just got back from my golden retrievers (Ollie) grooming here! He looks so handsome and clean cut! He is 11 months old and VERY hyper, but she handled him great! Dana is amazing with dogs and has lots of experience! Overall very, very happy with his grooming, thanks Dana!! I know Ollie is a handful :))

Danya was wonderful. She took our \old man\ senior poodle Sebastian in while we were down from Toronto for the holidays in a last minute appointment as he's staying in Windsor for the winter. She was kind and obviously loves animals and did a wonderful job (complete with kerchief mentioned below). Her set up is great too. Sebastian was happy. When our old man spends time in Windsor, he'll return. Thanks Danya.
Excellent groomer! Really takes care of your pets needs! Our cat is really nervous and was scared when the vet groomed him (hid for three days), when we went here it was not a problem. Great Job!
Rude. Unprofessional. Didn't listen to my requests, and refused to answer her business phone during regular business hours. Yelled at me after I asked how much longer my dog would be after keeping her for 8 hours. Wouldn't recommend if you're trying her out for the first time like I did.
