I've only been to this store twice and from now on it will be my go-to pet store! Both times I have went in this store the people working there helped me out so much! The people that work here are very passionate about animals and are willing to give you any advice or support you need. It is clear these people work very hard to make sure that all animals and owners are happy. Thank you so much for all that you do you're super stars ️

Honestly my favourite pet store. I travel from Langford to go here. Amazing and knowledgeable staff, and a really great selection of quality products. Heather was especially helpful for us in figuring out a diet for our picky puppy - she wasn't biased to any particular style of feeding, just educated us and helped us find the best choice for our pup.
I have received consistent prompt, knowledgeable and friendly customer service at the Pets West Broadmead store. Pets West management accepted my request to return a box of dog food (200, unopened, within expiry date but no longer a product they carry) upon notice my pet had passed away. Staff were compassionate, understanding and processed the return quickly. Much appreciated.
Had such a positive experience today! I adopted a beautiful lil kitty and was worried I would feel kind of overwhelmed with all the things I had to buy for him! But Leia spent so much time showing me everything I needed, and gave me lots of advice to make my new sweet little friend’s transition easier. Super super grateful for her kindness and patience with my 500 questions. Massively recommend for the service :)
Great selection! Lots of locally made treats & clothing Alot of things are higher prices than other pet stores though
