Just amazing! From how fast they got us in, to the pricing, to the vet and staff members I 100% would recommend. Will definitely be taking my other 2 pups here from now on! The staff was so compassionate towards myself and my sweet pup and the vet was very thorough, helpful and was so good with my dog who was very scared and nervous. Thanks everyone at Jackson for taking care of my sweetest girl!!

Years ago it was great. Then I kept noticing new vets coming in and I could never see the same one. Then I ended up having one issue after another. One issue started as 20 for a month supply of medication (2 capsules daily), then suddenly it was 20 per capsule!! When asked what the increase was about, I was told \That's what the price always was.\ I can tell you I'd definitely remember a bill of 20/month vs 1200, especially as a student at the time. There were additional issues with billing and most issues stemmed from front end staff and them not obtaining the correct information before presenting bills, or other communication errors. Even after pointing issues out, it wasn't immediately addressed. They would basically argue that what they had was right, instead of just asking the vet directly. I'd end up requesting the vet to come out for it to be rectified. After 3 or 4 issues arose, one after another, I ended my relationship there. There are many vet offices with great vets, and surely a better business sense, and better customer service. All of these issues occurred a few years back and I've heard similar issues from a couple friends who have also switched or have been considering it. These issues have stuck in my mind since and it sounds like nothing has changed. I am returning to the Peterborough area for work and I can tell you I know where I will NOT be going for my dog's care.
I have been using Jackson Creek as my veterinary provider for a little over 7 years now. I have only had good experiences with them! Dr Thompson is the best and I love that booking appointments through the app you can pick which veterinarian you want to see your pet.
My beautiful best friend Sage ( my dane/ bullmastiff) had such a great experience here! Thank you for being so caring for my baby in such a good way!
