The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. A rarity these days in the big stores. It is refreshing to deal with a business that understands the job you are trying to do and can competently advise you in the best way to get it done. Thanks guys.

Attempted to do curbside pick up this morning. Waited 30 minutes, no one would answer their phone had to go into the store and cancelled my order. Why offer a service if you cannot provide it. I was the only one waiting...

Atrocious customer service. Condescending and dismissive, after the Home Depot team was alerted to their own error. It makes it difficult to want to provide business to this location, as a big box store should have higher standards for their employees. It's understandable that it can be a high stress environment, however, one knows this when they apply to work at a place such as Home Depot. Besides this, we are in a pandemic, many do not even have the opportunity to work, and yet, given the opportunity the employees I encountered were downright awful to deal with. Unfortunately, the trend towards more automated box stores evolves out of this type of treatment. When at work, treat others with respect, in fact, maybe always treat others with respect. If that is how one treats individuals they do not know at their workplace, I cannot imagine the joy it must be at home.

Good place for office stuff. Good variety of products, from desks and chairs up to many kinds of tapes and papers. You can find some books too and I also saw a fancy drone. You can self print and copy here. The building is nice, everything looks clean and in place and people is very friendly and kind. I'll definitely be coming back. Most of the prices are ok, just some products are a bit higher than other places. But the quality and de customer service is totally worth it.
