Excellent customer service, amazing staff. We had roller blinds installed throughout our entire house. Lesley was so patient with helping me pick colors and accessories even on her vacation! Blair and his install team were so kind and efficient they installed quickly and tidied up after! We also had our house wired for security by them! I would very highly recommend this family run business!

Had Satellite internet installed. They cut part of my roof tin for clearance when it was absolutely unnecessary. They chose a ridiculous location to mount the dish. When questioned about snow causing problems they said I'll have to install a snow dam. The dish could've been properly mounted to the side on the brick wall but that would've been a pro install something these guys know nothing about. They assured me (company owner) that if I had an issue they would reset the dish no charge. Had to call 3 months after they installed as it stopped working (this is well before we even got snow in Oct. They said there's a 100 charge to come out. Told them forget it. Called the sat company complained they sent a different company that relocated the dish to where it should've been in the 1st place. These guys are a joke avoid at all costs.
Have dealt with PreTel's business to business service extensively, with fantastic results. The PreTel team is attentive to detail, efficient, and great to work with.
Always found the staff to be informative and helpful when I visit the store. They will make sure you leave with the correct product.
