Wow, Great service. My wife and I called for service on our refrigerator, Kawartha Applaince was here within 3 hours and had us up and running. They had the part that we needed right in their truck. We were thoroughly impressed with their quick and friendly professional service. We would definitely use them again!
A guy came to the house to fix a couple different appliances. He showed up, didn't introduce/identify himself, left his boots on (winter time) I understand work boots are a challenge with laces and such pulling them on and off but he could have asked if it was fine. After both occasions he left gunk from the appliance on the counter when a garbage was easily visible. I don't understand why a professional would leave a job and not tidy up?!?! Overall, not a great experience, you come into my home, please introduce yourself, it's a professional thing to do
Called to ask if a part was available and got an answering machine. Quite useless.
