In response to Natash Gofredo: We honour our contracts as signed. We were open throughout the quarantine as we fall under the \Financial Services Act\ for loans(Buy-Back) as well as giving everyone at least an extra 2 weeks time from March until June in order to contact us about redeeming or holding items longer. If your items went overdue and we had no contact from you about extending the contract, then we put the items out for sale as agreed upon at the time of the original contract. Your post also failed to mention that the items under your account had come due 2 months before the quarantine started. You had a different person other than yourself who had also put some of your items in on contract and that is why we couldn't find them under your name. Once that was clarified, we were then able to find that the second controller was brought in seperately from the game system, had gone overdue and been sold at an earlier time. We are sorry that there were misunderstandings, but we can only look items up according to the information we are given.

Horrible experience. They only want money. I caught them taking my stuff off of buy back and putting it back in the store to have it re-sold DURING THE PANDEMIC when everyone was supposed to be at home, isolating. They took advantage of that. I also, before that experience, had a PS3 that I have them for buyback and when i went to go pick it up, they handed me one controller when i have then 2 originally. They insisted I only have them one. I called today to make sure and low and behold, in their system they had two controllers. They told me to call head office to figure it out. MONEY GRABERS AND HORRINLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Disappointed by the lack of being yelled at, maybe next time ! Four stars due to lack of variety. Saw 1 star reviews online... went for the experience and nothing happened. Disappointed by the normal service. Better luck next time!
I walked in with two items that I called in and asked about if they would pawn or purchased and they said yes take my time to go un to there store and this pony tail guy tell me there out of season before I even get half in the door the staff besides the female .. (witch she is polite and respectful)is horrible I wouldn't go there go up the street to the pawn pro guys there at least respectful and dont waste your time
