Careless handling of Health cards by staff. One staff member actually scratched his nose with it. More or less ignoring of social distancing by many staff. But overall the process seemed fairly efficient, about 5 minutes per shot. Had to show my health card about 5 times. Staff cannot scan it. They have to type in the number and that slows down the process. Even the nurse administering the jab had to type in my health card number. Everyone was courteous.
