My daughter had some coward in a truck hit the rear of her car in Swiss Chalet parking lot and take off. She asked Swiss' manager for help with video but he/she would not help. Daughter went to Reporting Centre and aside from them reporting it to our insurance company, thank you for that...they have done NOTHING. Promised to get video from Swiss Chalet, etc. but NOTHING done. The coward in the truck got away with it and we got the repair bill plus the fight with Aviva to prevent the premium increase, despite not making a claim.
