I stopped using this cab company in the summer after multiple instances of poor service, I even sent in a complaint about them leaving me and my friend in beavermead park at night when we called multiple cabs over the course of a few hours until we just gave up and walked the hour home at midnight. I don't know why I didn't stop using them sooner. The lady who sounds like the receptionist from monsters inc. is TERRIBLE. She is rude, verbally abusive, unprofessional, will yell at you and act condescending every single time you call. She was the thing that pushed me over the edge to never use this cab company again, to boycott it, and to tell my family, friends, classmates at university, as well as coworkers, people I meet in public (just about anyone) how terrible this cab company is and to never use it. Does that lady own the company? That's the only reason that makes sense to me as to why she isn't fired yet. Save yourself the mental anguish and verbal abuse from her and just use call a cab instead.

Today Dillon was the best cab driver I have ever had. I'm 55 and have taken countless cabs all over Ontario and I can't sing his praises enough. On time, professional, very polite, most accommodating and extremely helpful. Also the rate was very reasonable. A flat rate of 65 to go from PRHC all the way out to North Kawartha, an approximate 55Km drive. He helped me in and out of the cab as I have mobility issues at this time. His personality totally puts one at ease and we even had a lot of great conversation on the approximate hour cab ride that it was. He told me that he usually drives the school runs {wheel chair accessible cab} and that he mainly drives the kids who are in wheel chairs. Well, I lucked out because it happened to be a PA day. Thank you, Dillon and McDonald's is addictive, isn't it. We went through drive thru on the way bringing me home and I got a huge order to bring home and he had a combo meal on me in lieu of a tip. He loves McD's, as do I and, he was happy to have that instead of a tip. He told me the price of what he ordered was more than he usually gets tipped. I told him that I always tip well and was glad that it was a good tip for him. I'll stop here, even though I could go on and on about how exceptional a cabbie he is.
Way better then call a cab, call a cab charges 3 per debit use

Parked in an area to drop off my grandfather only for one of their van drivers to give me rude gestures because he had to back up. Rude, immiture and highly unprofessional
