Made a appointment for wheel balancing since they advertise they have Roadforce balancing equipment. Arrived to find a large sign at the front door asking patrons not to enter and to call for instructions. Despite employees going in and out of the garage door 20 feet away I called for instructions and got a girl who seemed thoroughly confused that someone would call for instructions but eventually said she would send John out. Sat outside in the hot sun for ten minutes without being acknowledged and figuring that ai would have to sit outside while they worked on my car I left. COVID-19 in Toronto does funny things to some businesses.

Husband went to have rims replaced on work float, was told 1-2 weeks, 2.5 weeks later, 5 unreturned phone calls we now have an employee sitting in their waiting room to have tires put back on old rims. Rude and unfathomable customer service! If we ran our business this way we wouldn’t have a business!

As I rite this I'm waiting for them to fix 3 studs the cross threaded, only after I said forget the job as they were supposed to road force balance my jeeps 37s. Nope, off the jeep deflate the tire, reinflate , through it on a spin balancer (not even what I came for) then proceed to put the tire back on 7oz out. Unreal, mechanic really knows his stuff ! Dont go here. Unded up worse off than I came in.
